Reisen Udongein Inaba (鈴仙・優曇華院・イナバ ) - a Moon rabbit that fled from the moon and now staying in Eientei with Tewi, Erin, and Kaguya.
Been going through quite a lot of Touhou's recently.. especially chapters about the rabbits on the moon and on Earth~ lol
The rabbits have an ability to communicate with each other in long distances ~ Reisen usually communicates with her fellow rabbits on the moon for information and gossips that happen on the moon.. Rabbits LOVE to gossip~ 
i personally think its kinda romantic and cute with this kinda communication XD.. and so here I drew Reisen looking up at the moon.. I wonder what are they talking about?
